  • All items delivered to the UK aim to be posted within 3-5 working days of purchase (please allow for additional time if you have ordered a custom painting). For all UK orders I use Royal Mail First Class which aims to deliver 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Any international orders will be posted within 3-5 working days of purchase and use Royal Mail International tracked which aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and everywhere else in 6-7 working days. Please allow extra time for all international orders as orders can sometimes be delayed at customs. Please note I am not responsible for any delays or damage once posted.

If you need your order by a certain date please get in touch with me before purchase and I can give you a quote.

  • A full refund can be issued if you choose to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, I cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays, as these are beyond my control, and no compensation will be offered.

Due to the unique nature of my artwork, returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted once an item has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me promptly so that we can discuss and agree on an appropriate resolution.
